Whether you bought any of our Cheese Kits & you are out of supplies or you just need to make some delicious Mozzarella on your own, try our superior quality and high strength Liquid Vegetarian Rennet. It is used to coagulate milk to separate the curds from the whey. Our vegetarian rennet is an enzyme preparation. Our product is suitable for cow, buffalo, goat & sheep milk. The dosage is 0.5ml/10 liters of milk. A graduating measuring pipette is provided to measure accurately.
