Our Bulgarian Yogurt Culture is an ideal starter culture for dairy and Vegan Bulgarian Yogurt. It is a freeze-dried yogurt culture that contains live cultures: Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus.

The presence of live cultures makes it healthy, probiotic-rich food, and good for your gut. Probiotics are healthy bacteria that support the function of your digestive system.

Traditionally called kiselo mlyako is a mild sour-tasting wonderful probiotic, which originated in Bulgaria. It is the particular combination of bacterias that characterizes the thickness, acidity, taste, and aroma of this yogurt.
