The visitor on our website please take a note that your name, email address, and other personal information submitted on our website may be stored with us and may also appear on the website. Like other platforms, our server log files also receive general information such as the IP address of the visitor, cookie, etc. For financial transactions, uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “RazorPay”. The credit card details are ‘not stored by, instead the information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard.

We use ‘Cookies’ to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. ‘Cookies’ are tiny text files that our Website places on your computer’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer.



After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 30 mins if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for a refund, it will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Being a grocery product, we do not accept returns, however, in exceptional cases, we might accept returns subject to a return request has been made within 2 days of the product delivery date. The customer needs to send back the parcel to us through local courier and courier charges for return need to be borne by the customer.


We are proud to say that we have tie-ups with premium services of Bluedart Express and Delhivery for the products which need refrigeration upon arrival (cheese cultures, rennet, cheese kits, etc. ). We process your order immediately and deliver it within 1-2 days to all major metro cities throughout India, and within 2-3 days to all other cities. The same goes for all the products weighing up to 0.5 kilograms. For other products, we deliver them using FedEx or Delhivery and they reach you within 3-4 days.
